Mr. Wang has been serving in his current position since September 2018.
Mr. Wang began his career in August 1991 at the People's Bank of China, where he was appointed as Party Committee Member and Vice President of Qingdao City Center Branch. He then worked at the China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC, now known as CBIRC), where he served successively as member of the Organization Group of Qingdao Office; Party Committee Member and Deputy Director of Qingdao Office; Deputy Director of the CBRC Cooperative Financial Institution Supervision Department; Party Committee Secretary and Director of Shanxi Office; Party Committee Secretary and Director of Guangdong Office. Mr. Wang is a CPC member and holds a Doctoral Degree in Finance.
Ms. Li has been serving in her current position since September 2018.
Ms. Li started her career in February 1980 at Bank of China (BOC), where she subsequently took the positions of Party Committee Member and Vice President of the BOC Yangzhou Branch; Party Committee Secretary and President of the BOC Taizhou Branch; Party Committee Secretary and President of the BOC Yangzhou Branch. Ms. Li next worked at China Orient Asset Management Corporation (China Orient). During this period, she served successively as Party Committee Member and Deputy General Manager of Nanjing Office; General Manager of the Asset Management Department and the Market Development Department in the Headquarters; Party Committee Member and Assistant to President; Party Committee Member and Vice President; Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Board of Supervisors. A CPC member, Ms. Li holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Economics and qualifies as a senior economist.
Mr. Ma has been serving in his current position since April 2016.
In July 1988, Mr. Ma Zhongfu began working in Credit Management Department of the Agricultural Bank of China where he subsequently took the positions of Officer, Deputy Chief and then Chief. He next worked as the Deputy Division Chief of Structural Reform Division in the Inter-ministerial Coordination Office for Rural Financial System Reform under the State Council. He then worked at the People’s Bank of China (PBC) where he served successively as the Deputy Division Chief of Finance Division and General Office at Supervision Bureau of Rural Financial Cooperatives, Deputy Division of General Office, Operation Division, Credit Management Division, Deputy Division Chief and then Division Chief at No.5 Supervision Division of Supervision Department for Financial Cooperatives. Later, he was appointed as Deputy Division Chief of Agriculture-supporting Supervision and Director of General Office at Supervision Department for Financial Cooperatives in China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC). He also had rich experiences working in local Supervision Bureaus of CBRC, such as being appointed successively as Deputy Director General and Member of the CPC Committee of the Jiangxi Banking Regulatory Bureau, Director General and Party Secretary of the Xiamen Banking Regulatory Bureau, Jiangxi Banking Regulatory Bureau and Chongqing Banking Regulatory Bureau. A CPC member, Mr. Ma Zhongfu holds a doctoral degree and qualifies as a senior economist.
Mr. Wu has been serving in his current position since April 2018.
In 1982, Mr. Wu joined the People’s Armed Police where he served as a staff officer (Company Commander level) at the Beijing Division. After his military career, he worked in finance, where he subsequently served as Section Chief in the Publicity Department of the Chinese Financial Workers’ Union, Discipline Inspector (Vice Division Chief level) of the Administrative Department of the CCCPC Financial Discipline Work Committee, and various posts at the China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC). At the CBRC, he worked as Vice Division Chief, Division Chief of General Office and Director (Deputy Director-General level) of Administrative Department at the Staff Compliance & Disciplinary Bureau, Party Committee Member and Secretary of the Disciplinary Inspection Commission (on secondment) of CBRC Guangdong Office and Discipline Inspector (Deputy Director-General level) at the Inspector’s Office of Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) at CBRC.Mr. Wu is a CPC member and holds a bachelor’s degree.
Mr. Hu has been serving in his position since November 2014.
Mr. Hu Jiliang began working at PBC in December 1981. Then he joined ICBC and once served as the Deputy Manager of the Quzhou Trust Investment Company, the Director of Infrastructure at the Quzhou Branch, the Chief of Planning and Loans at the Quzhou Branch, the GM of the Zhejiang Industrial and Commercial Real Estate Company, the Deputy GM (in charge) of Asset Management, and the Deputy Division Director of Asset Risk Management of the Zhejiang Branch (in charge). Finally, he was Senior Manager, GM Assistant, and Deputy GM of the Creditor’s Rights of Hangzhou Branch and member of the CPC China Huarong Hangzhou Branch Committee. He was the Deputy Director General of the First Restructuring Office of China Huarong, the CPC Deputy Secretary, GM, CPC Secretary, and Chairman of Huarong Leasing. He was also served as the President Assistant and member of the CPC China Huarong Committee. As a CPC member, Mr. Hu Jiliang holds an MBA degree, and also qualifies as a senior economist.
Mr. Wang has been serving in this position since November 2014.
Mr. Wang Wenjie started to work in July 1986. For ICBC, he first held the position of Deputy Chief, then Chief of Credit for Technical Innovation, and then successively took the following posts: Deputy Director and then Director of the Project Management Division. Later, Mr. Wang took the office of Deputy GM of the Assessment and Consulting Department. In China Huarong, he served successively as the Deputy GM (in charge) and GM of the International Business Department; as the Deputy Party Secretary, the Deputy GM (GM level), the Party Secretary and GM of Nanjing Branch; the GM of Investment Department and Risk Management Department, the Member of the CPC’s China Huarong Committee, the President Assistant and Secretary of the Board. Mr. Wang Wenjie is a CPC member. With a Master's degree, he also qualifies as a senior economist.
Mr. Chen has been serving in his current position since July 2019.
In August 1983, Mr. Chen started his career at the Ministry of Machinery, where he worked as Section Chief at the State Machinery Commission and the Department of Agricultural Engineering Machinery. He then worked as Secretary (Deputy Division Chief and Division Chief level) at the General Office of the Ministry of Machinery. Since 2000, Mr. Chen began to work at China Cinda Asset Management Co. Ltd., where he served as Senior Manager at Equity Management Department; Deputy GM of Asset Management Department; and GM of Restructuring Business Department, Market Development Department, Group Coordination Department and Corporate Governance Department successively. He then worked as the GM of China Cinda Shenzhen Branch and Business Director of Shenzhen Area, before he took the positions of GM of Human Resources Department (head of Party Committee Organization Department) and Assistant to President at China Cinda.
Mr. Chen Yanqing is a CPC member, holds a Master’s degree and qualifies as a senior engineer.
Ms. Hu Ying has been serving in her current position since June 2015.
She started her career in December 1983. Before assuming her current position, she had served successively in Hangzhou Branch, China Huarong Asset Management Corp. as the Member of the CPC Committee and Assistant to the GM/Deputy GM, Deputy CPC Secretary, Deputy GM (in charge), and CPC Secretary and GM. Afterwards, she was appointed the CPC Secretary and GM of Zhejiang Branch, China Huarong Asset Management Co. Ltd. Later she worked concurrently as the CPC Secretary and GM of Shanghai Branch.
Ms. Hu Ying is a CPC member, master-degree holder and qualifies as a senior economist.
Ms. Yang has been serving in her current position since July 2019
Ms. Yang started her career at the headquarters of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), where she subsequently served as Deputy Chief of the Law and Regulation Division of the General Office, Chief of the Legal Advice Division and Economic Dispute Management Division, and the Deputy GM of the Legal Affairs Department. Ms. Yang then worked at China Huarong Asset Management Corporation (China Huarong), where she served as Deputy GM (in charge) and GM of the Legal Affairs Department and Risk Management Department; Deputy Party Secretary and Chief Supervisor of Huarong Rongde Asset Management Co., Ltd. She then returned to the headquarters of China Huarong, and held the positions as GM of Asset Preservation Department and Legal and Compliance Department, as well as Party Secretary of Huarong Ronde Asset Management Co., Ltd. concurrently.
Ms. Yang Pei is a CPC member, holds a master’s degree and qualifies as a senior economist and lawyer.
Mr. Gao has been serving in his current position since July 2019
Mr. Gao started his career at the headquarters of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), where he was subsequently in charge of the General Affairs Division in the General Office and Deputy Chief of the General Management Division. He then worked at China Huarong Asset Management Corporation (China Huarong). During this period of time, he served as the Deputy Division Chief, Senior Manager and Assistant to Director at the President Office; Deputy GM and Deputy GM (in charge) of the No. 2 Asset Management Department. He was then appointed as the Party Secretary and GM of China Huarong Shenyang Branch. He was Director of the HQ Reform Office, before he became the Deputy Party Secretary and President of Huarong Real Estate Co., Ltd. Later, he served as the GM of the Equity Management Department (now known as Equity Business Department) of China Huarong. Then he was the Party Secretary, Chairman of Huarong Ruitong Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd, and GM of China Huarong Equity Business Department concurrently. His other posts included the Party Secretary and Chairman of Huarong Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Chairman of Huarong (HK) Industrial and Financial Investment Ltd.
Mr. Gao is a CPC member, holds a master’s degree and qualifies as a senior economist.
